Hi Bean .. welcome to Cat Chat. I agree with Ruth’s comment. If the cat is injured an abscess can make him really sick unless treated. And the fact he’s ‘in tact’ he’ll be a target for other Toms & then there’s Feline Aids...I’d rescue both if you can.

Hi Tinkerbeth I’d be contacting a vet & taking a stool sample. Could be bacteria infection from mum. Better to be safe as kittens can go down very quickly, My Harper had to be treated for cocedia 2x. Something she caught from her mum & is quite nasty & contagious. Had to treat her & ...

Thanks Desley. If only she realised what she’s missed out on the little minx....and I’m about to have my living area’s tiles removed (jackhammering & Bentley didn’t cope being in cage with TC & Harper so having to rethink ... cat carriers in car with me reading a book :o ) new tiles to go do...
