Very friendly, doesn't look stray, has a black collar. Is crying outside my door and shoots in every time I open it! Haven't had her checked for a microchip yet as I'm giving her a chance to find her way home. This is a video of her.

Re: Young Tabby found in Old Woking, Surrey
My experience of crying cats has usually been that they are lost. The cats that sneak in for food can sometimes be after a free feed, but both the crying cats at my door, were lost. I never found the owners of the first one and kept him, but after putting posters up, the owners of the second cat came forward. We had named him Mystery and it turned out he lived about 5 streets away. We ended up keeping him as the owners were moving to a Camelot property...
try putting a paper collar on this girl and putting up some posters.
