Neglected stray local black cat - colchester needs loving home

We have a black cat which visits our house, he is neglected or stray. We can't let him in the house as we have two girl cats which he's fighting with.
We are very upset as he obviously wants a warm house. We are going to try to get him neutered.
Please help!
