Traveling with Kitten

Post by abrecken »

I visit my boyfriend every weekend and recently got a kitten. I had not anticipated traveling when I committed to the kitten.
He is almost 3 months old. When I first got him we spent a week at my parents house, then we moved into my apartment. He handled that fine so I am curious if it would be ok to start taking him with my on weekends? He usually stays with my roommate but I am training him and it wont work if I'm not with him.

Thoughts? Advice?

if you have a good carrier, and are able to keep him somewhere safe at your boyfriend's I don't see why not

good luck with training a kitten though - they are usually easy to toilet train to use a litter tray, if that is what you mean, but that's about as far as training a cat of any age goes, as many on here will attest
