Guess who's coming to dinner?

Post by bobbys girl »

As many of you know my OH's son and his family are over for the week. They have hired a cottage down by the river so OH's son can do some fishing. Saturday night we went down there for our tea. The family had brought over some Staffordshire Oatcakes (yummeee) and we were going to have cheesy oatcakes.

We had just arrived and were having a drink outside when some familiar faces turned up, Blossom and her daddy TC! They seemed to like the oatcakes Jody was giving them. Good job I go nowhere without a box of cat food (and apples and carrots - well you never know when you will run into a friendly donkey do you?)

It's amazing how cats KNOW, isn't it?

(Oh, hullo, fancy meeting you here! Oh, is it teatime? Well, don't mind if I do...)

They're a pair of beauties - I take it they're a couple of your ferals?

They'll be dropping in even more often when your OH's son starts catching fish :)

Yes, they are really yummy. We have them with cheese, bacon and of course, brown sauce. :D

The cats called around again today - we were having a barbeque and they were queueing up on the path, little noses twitching. They must be the best fed ferals around.

Have you noticed how they are both licking their chops 'mmm, yum.'
