Why not put general cat chatting further up, it seems rather unused....
I think the forum would get more use overall if the general issue, conversation section was more prominent.
Also, what about feline leukemia, a small section for that issue? FIV is pretty well covered.

Adding an FeLV section sounds like a good idea.
The focus of the site and the forum is Rescue & Rehoming, so that's probably why that comes first, followed by Health, Lost & Found, etc.
General Cat Chatting is for everything that's not covered by the sections above it.
