Temporary homes for my cats

Post by Alex-Eddison »

Ok so I have 2 cats milly and molly also milly has just had 4 beautiful babies (we were told they had been neutered clearly not) anyways we are having to move in with my mother in law due to the landlord selling up, She has 4 dogs and my kitties do not like dogs at all. I feel it unfair having to keep them locked in one room for what could be months there will be myself my partner our 2 children 4 reptiles and 6 cats in total in one bedroom, by no means do I want to just fob my cats off but non of the family are willing to have them temporarily so my question is.... is there any catterys or something around Leeds that would do temporary housing for all 6? Any advice would be amazing TIA X

A cattery is an option but may be expensive, and possibly would be too long for your cat’s liking too. Find out more about choosing a boarding cattery here: https://www.catchat.org/index.php/choos ... ng-cattery

You could also try rescues in your area:

https://www.catchat.org/rehome.html

Also this organisation:

http://www.papas.org.uk/

And Cat Chat’s Help Desk will have suggestions about temporary cat care : cat.advice (at) catchat.org
