Urgent help.please

Please could you advise me. A cat has had kittens behind my garage and can't find anyone to help. They are about 6 weeks old and mum is starting to attack when we go near the garage. I have rang and email various homes rspca and pdsa . I am worried that as it's attacking and they are going to start breefing again
