Eskdale & District CP care for between 40 and 80 cats at any one time, and helping around 1,000 cats in total each year! Covering DG8 and DG9. This is a small, self funded branch run by a handful of dedicated volunteers. The branch helps to rehome cats, offers assisted neutering, provides an advice service on kittens and cats and assists with lost and found cats.

Cinnamon Trust - Homes Needed UK Wide
Cat Fosterers and permanent homes always needed. The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care. Permanent homes needed for cats whose owners have died or who are no longer able to care for them. The Cinnamon Trust is not a rescue shelter and cannot take unwanted cats in.
