Cats Protection - Moray

Covering a large area in the north of Scotland from Brodie in the west to Portsoy in the east and from the Tomintoul area in the south to the coast in the north. Rescuing and rehoming cats and kittens. All cats are examined by a vet, vaccinated, treated against fleas and worms and blood tested for FIV and FeLV. If the cat has not been neutered, it will be whilst in their care.

Willows Animal Sanctuary

Based in Banff. Willows provides a lifelong home for old or unwanted animals, including those who are unsuitable for re-homing or who have been rejected by other organisations. Willows often represents the last hope of survival for many of their residents. Willows is unique in that they help people as well as animals through Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) programs. These programs offer people who find it therapeutic the chance to interact with the animals and to help with their care and upkeep.
Help! Sponsors Needed: Sponsor a Cat, or a Pig, or a Cow, or a Donkey... You can make their day/year/life by sponsoring one of the permanent resident animals at the sanctuary from only £15 per year. Cinnamon Trust - Homes Needed UK Wide
Cat Fosterers and permanent homes always needed. The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care. Permanent homes needed for cats whose owners have died or who are no longer able to care for them. The Cinnamon Trust is not a rescue shelter and cannot take unwanted cats in.
