They socialise feral kittens for rehoming and TNR/relocate adult cats. The majority of their cats and kittens have had a difficult life and need forever homes with new owners that are understanding of their past. All cats and kittens are neutered, chipped and vaccinated, unless under 4 months old then new owners are asked to adhere to a strict neutering policy and get them neutered by 4/5 months old. Kittens are only rehomed in pairs.

RSPCA Middlesex North West & South Herts takes in hundreds of unwanted, stray and abandoned animals each year. All cats will be health checked, neutered, given at least one vaccination, flea and worm treatment, microchipped and come with 6 weeks free insurance. Kittens too young to be neutered, will be rehomed with a voucher to cover the cost of this procedure.

Their policy is to ensure that no cat is ever kept in unsuitable accommodation while it is waiting for a home. All cats are vet checked, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, given any other necessary veterinary treatment, and neutered if old enough (kittens homed with a neutering agreement).
