Rescuing and rehoming in North Oxfordshire & parts of Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire & Warwickshire. BARKS takes in stray & unwanted cats, kittens, rabbits & guinea pigs and finds them good, caring, approved homes. The animals are cared for by fosterers until new homes are found. Prospective adopters are subject to a home visit and an adoption fee is payable, (a non-refundable deposit is required if you wish to reserve a cat or kitten). BARKS receives no grants or funding, so all costs are covered by adoption fees, donations & fundraising.

All cats for rehoming are cared for by dedicated fosterers, either in their homes or in high spec garden pens. Cats are health checked, worm & flea treated, neutered from 4/5 months of age, vaccinated, blood tested where appropriate prior to rehoming. An informal home visit is required before adoption, to ensure that the right cat is matched to the right home.

All of their rescue cats are fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (or issued with a neutering voucher) before rehoming. They believe education, neutering and raising the level of animal welfare, is key to a better future for our feline friends. Rehoming in Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and West Midlands. Wonky Pets Rescue rehabilitates and rehomes cats with special needs, and rescues cats from dangerous situations. They operate a non-destruction policy. All adult cats are neutered prior to adoption, and kittens are rehomed with a neutering voucher/contract. Young kittens are only rehomed in pairs to homes with no children under 5 years. Homechecks are carried out, and animals will not be adopted to homes on busy roads. Indoor-only homes are needed for cats with special needs.
