Re: Cat fleas in my home, please help!
I sprayed in the hoover so therefore any fleas in the hoover should die! Yes I am emptying the hoover. Yes the fleas on the comb look dead but he has flea treatment and that’s what the flea treatment is supposed to do.

Re: Cat fleas in my home, please help!
Yes I will keep up with the vacumming. I have been vacumming every day. I have ordered some more Indorex spray as I have ran out. I used to use Frontline but I don't use that anymore, I have heard it isn't very effective. I use Advantage and I have heard it is pretty good. I was seeing quite a few e...

Re: Cat fleas in my home, please help!
Hi, Thanks for replying. It sounds like I might have another a few more weeks of the horrible things then? I have never really got flea treatment from the vets as I imagine it will be more expensive than getting online. I have been washing bed sheets on a high temperature. I have been combing my cat...

My cat had fleas a few weeks ago and they have been in my home. They seem to have got everywhere, lounge, kitchen floor, bathroom and bedroom. Re: My cat keeps waking me up really early and sleeping all day
I wish I could have a cat flap but that isn't possible. The bottom of the door is glass and one time when I asked the landlord if I could have a cat flap he said no that isn't possible. As for letting him out when it suits me I don't think that would work. If he doesn't want to go out then he will j...

Re: My cat has fleas, please help!
Yes I will treat my home as well. I know you are supposed to wait 3 weeks to reapply again but I thought if there are still fleas on him then maybe a second application would kill the fleas. I dont know if he will need an injection to kill the fleas

My kitten is only 5 months and I would be really angry with myself if he had a bad reaction. There are some good reviews about bob m...

Re: My 10 week year old kitten keeps weeing behind the tv!
Hi, Its not a case of just getting angry for him going behind the tv, he has been naughty all week! Of course I'm fond of him! You dont know what he is like though and you are saying I'm a bad mother. The next thing you will be saying to me is that I am not fit to have kids. He knows where the litte...

Re: Does a male cat travel further than a female?
Yes I guess you do have to be careful of some private sellers. As long as the kitten is well and has been looked after then thats what matters to me. Yes I am going to visit the kitten at their home. I did hope to get a kitten from RSPCA but it seems to be too much hassle and they seem rather picky....

Re: Does a male cat travel further than a female?
Why are you weary of private sellers? I tried going down the cat shelters route but that didnt work out, they wont rehome a cat/kitten to me! I have gone through private sellers before and its not been a problem.

Re: Does a male cat travel further than a female?
Hi guys, Thanks for the replies. I know its hard to know if a male or female goes further. I have had a few people say to me that a girl wont go far but then a woman from the rspca said that her 2 boys dont go far and stay in at night but her girls like to go out at night. The thing is there is no w...

Does a male cat travel further than a female?
Hi all, I am looking to get a kitten but I am undecided whether to get a boy or a girl. I was wondering if a boy is likely to wander more than a girl? A few people have said that a girl wont go far but a woman from the RSPCA has said to me today that girls will wander as well and girls are more like...

Re: Thinking of getting a kitten from a cat rescue centre
Did the RSPCA do a home visit? They are supposed to be doing a home visit later today but she did ask me lots of questions. I told her that I dont have a cat flap and the door is glass so its not really possible. It might be worth me going with CP then. Did CP ask you to see permission from the land...

Re: Thinking of getting a kitten from a cat rescue centre
Hi, Thanks for replying. I take it you havent tried RSPCA then? Its a shame about RSPCA as there are quite a few kittens on their site that I like. I told her that the door is made of glass but she kept saying its their requirement and she is coming out tomorrow to do a home visit. I have had a cat ...
