Thanks for all your replies. The tick is still on the cat but I think it is dead as its still small so I assume it will drop off at some point. It certainly isn't bothering her.

My feral cat has picked up a tick. Does anyone know of an in feed treatment for getting rid of them

Hi I had a cat with pancreatitis about eight years ago. The vet said that fatty food was a possible cause. Fifteen hundred pounds later he recovered and has been fine ever since. I don't feed him any of the fancy cat food as they tend to have a lot of fat in them. He just has basic Whiskas or Felix ...
