Aww Berlioz is beautiful. Yes house cats can be happy, but I think it depends on the cat. We've had some cats who could not have coped with being indoor - they would have been too stressed. Currently we have 3 rescue moggies, 2 are allowed out but Alex is an indoor cat. He was originally allowed out...
