URGENT- Mother and Kittens Need Re-Homing

Dear All
I am hoping that someone on here would be able to help me Urgently as I have tried all the local Cat Adoption Centres and they are unable to do so.
My cat has a litter of kittens (unknown sexes) that are 6 weeks old tomorrow, and also a male kitten from a previous litter that is 6 months old.
We are moving home next week 15th Aug 2016, and were also taking the cats to the new property. Today we have been informed that the cats are no longer able to go with us.
I have frantically been trying to find a centre that could take them, and as you can imagine its stressing me out a little due to the fact we have 1 week until we move, and we now cannot take them.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE is there anyone out there that could help at all or suggest something different I can try.
