Covering the following Reading postcodes: RG1, RG4, RG8, RG9, RG30 and RG31. The Reading and District Branch of Cats Protection is one of over two hundred and fifty branches of CP volunteers in the UK, rescuing, treating, neutering and re-homing unwanted or abandoned cats and kittens. They aim to help several hundred local cats each year.

Cinnamon Trust - Homes Needed UK Wide
Cat Fosterers and permanent homes always needed. The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care. Permanent homes needed for cats whose owners have died or who are no longer able to care for them. The Cinnamon Trust is not a rescue shelter and cannot take unwanted cats in.
