Helping animals in need, encouraging neutering/spaying, providing veterinary treatment where necessary and rehoming animals to loving, permanent homes. Home visits are carried out prior to homing to ensure mutual suitability. The Jasper Foundation for Homeless Cats operates a non destruction policy. The shelter always has many cats and dogs seeking a caring, lifetime home. Help and advice are offered on a wide range of matters regarding animal welfare. A fully experienced dog behaviourist offers a free advice clinic from 12 - 3 weekdays, donations for which go to the shelter.

Cinnamon Trust - Homes Needed UK Wide
Cat Fosterers and permanent homes always needed. The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care. Permanent homes needed for cats whose owners have died or who are no longer able to care for them. The Cinnamon Trust is not a rescue shelter and cannot take unwanted cats in.
