Caring Animal Rescue

Cats for Rehoming at Caring Animal RescueCovering Staffordshire and parts of the West Midlands - main towns include Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall and Stafford. This small but dedicated cat rescue group based in Hixon, Staffs, began helping cats in 1992 and has since found homes for over 1,000 cats and kittens, and helped with the cost of neutering of many more besides. Their aim is to find good homes for rescued cats and kittens. All adult cats are neutered before rehoming, and new owners of kittens are required to sign an adoption form agreeing to neutering at 6 months. Prospective new homes are checked.

The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care. Permanent homes needed for cats whose owners have died or who are no longer able to care for them. The Cinnamon Trust is not a rescue shelter and cannot take unwanted cats in.
