Based in Blackpool, Tender Paws is dedicated to helping stray, abandoned and unwanted cats around the Flyde coast. Their small, volunteer foster network cares for cats and kittens between homes until a permament home is found. All cats are treated for fleas and worms before adoption. Cats over 6 months old will also be neutered prior to rehoming, and those too young will be homed under contract to neuter at 6 months. Tender Paws will never put a healthy cat to sleep. Covering Greater Manchester. A small frontline organisation helping lost, abandoned and stray cats and kittens. They also take in surrendered cats and kittens for rehoming. Cats are cared for in foster homes, where they are assessed and rehabilitated prior to adoption. All cats old enough are spayed / neutered before being rehomed. Adopters of kittens not yet old enough for neutering must sign an adoption contract to agree that neutering is carried out when old enough. A thorough application process and homecheck is required for all adoptions.

Help! Outdoor Homes Needed: Good homes always needed for feral cats and kittens, such as on farms or at stables. In return for daily food and shelter, they will look after the barn and the mice!
Help! Protect a Puss Scheme: The sanctuary always has a number of cats who for various reasons cannot be rehomed. The Protect a Puss sponsorship scheme helps pay for their food, litter and veterinary bills. You can sponsor a cat as an individual, school, club, or company.

Cinnamon Trust - Homes Needed UK Wide
Cat Fosterers and permanent homes always needed. The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care. Permanent homes needed for cats whose owners have died or who are no longer able to care for them. The Cinnamon Trust is not a rescue shelter and cannot take unwanted cats in.
