Overlooked Cats: Lancashire

How do you do? I am Lily, full name Lily Savage, a beautiful black house panther with plenty of attitude, very similar to my namesake apparently. I am just a year old and have settled into the foster home well, I am coping with sharing with the other cats; in fact I could probably live with children and a nice cat. I am a unique girl and have a bit of a reputation for finding mischief, I like to jump into the bath or sink to play with any water drips and I do love to chase the broom and mop when they are out. I am also a nature watcher and am found at the window watching the world go by. Other favourite activities include getting my chin tickled and giving headbumps, so if you think you would like some of those, please get in touch. I am still growing in confidence, so you may need to be a little patient to see the real me, but surely someone out there is looking for a furry friend to fill your life with love.

Hey there, We are Zuko and Azula - a bonded 5-year-old brother and sister (we are also neutered). I (Zuko) am a tabby and white boy and my sister Azula is a tortie. We are described as affectionate, intelligent and amusing! so just to give you a bit more detail on our personalities - while I can be a little shy at first, when I settle in I will be your shadow, I love snuggling into my human's neck for a fuss. My sister helps me out by cleaning up a bit of eye discharge I have. My tummy is a bit sensitive but this is easily managed by diet. Speaking of diet though, Azula is slower to eat than me and I love to hoover everything up, so our mealtimes need a bit of observation! Azula is a smart cookie and takes time to assess people, but when she loves you she is full of affection and chirps away and even tries to clean you. We are typical cats in many ways, curious, playful and loving a good nap in a cosy box. We would be great companions in a loving home with older children, no dogs and maybe some outdoor access or play enrichment areas. Please say you might be interested in us!

Hello; we are a terrific trio looking for a home and with all paws crossed that we might be lucky and able to stay together. Cleo is our Mum, she is 4 years old and a laid back lass; she has been a fab mum and adores us, she is cuddly and we think she is quite pleased that we will be her last kittens! Mabel is my big sister, she is 1, a dainty lass with a cute face and she loves to play fight with me. I am chip, I am just 6 months old and I love playing with the family and then landing in a cuddle puddle. We have all been neutered and are so very close, getting upset when we are separated. Hello there, my name is Buster and I'm a short haired, black and white lad hoping to find someone kind out there. I'm 4 years old and I've been neutered. I was living life as a stray and was attacked by something which left me with nasty puncture wounds. A kind person took me to the vet to be cared for and then dropped me off at the rescue. I'm wary of strangers and I don't like being handled but once I've grown used to you, I become quite friendly. I'm looking to live on a farm or stables though because I don't think I'm suited to a home life. I can be a bit unpredictable because I'm wary and I can bite. So, I'm hoping someone has room on a farm or stables and wouldn't mind keeping an eye on me, having a chat to me and feeding me. I'd be best as the only cat around but I'd be living my best life out in the countryside and I could keep those rats and mice away too! Hoping someone can help, please get in touch?

We've been waiting over a year... Please pick us! Hello, we're 2 sisters, both black, short haired, neutered and only 10 months old. Unfortunately we've not had the best starts to our lives and it's left us very nervous and frightened. I'm Flora (the one with the yellow collar) and I will tolerate a stroke and a tickle behind the ear. My sister Meadow will still spit and hiss but she will come up occasionally, especially if there's chicken on offer! On those occasions she has head bumped a hand and has even purred! We're only just venturing out of our room at our foster mum's place and only when things are quiet and there are no other cats around. We're a work in progress and hope that we can find a quiet home where we'll be loved unconditionally and with some patient humans (and some chicken!), we're sure we can grow in confidence and learn to love. So, we'd like a home with a safe garden, no children and no dogs. We're not sure as yet about living with other cats. If you think you might be our forever people, please get in touch?

I've been waiting over a year... Please pick me! Hi, my name is Gabby, I am around 18 months old now, neutered, and arrived at the rescue with my sister Monica. We were born outside and had to scavenge for food. We were both terrified at first and while I have made a little progress I am still very timid around people. I am looking for a special person who will be incredibly patient with me and who can accept that I may never be a cat who enjoys being fussed. While food is a great motivator for me and may occasional allow me to be touched; I may need to be left to do my own thing. I would like a home where I have the chance to safely go outside at some point and with other cats to show me the ropes and help me build my confidence. I have a think and a home without children or dogs would be best. If you have plenty of patience and time then please consider offering me a home; I am told that getting a timid cat to trust you is very, very rewarding, so why don't we give it a go?

We've been waiting over 2 years... Please pick us! Hello. I'm Bonnie the little black cat on the left and I'm here with my sister Millie, she's the black and white cat on the right. We were found with our sister, a couple of years ago as strays, very skinny and very wary of humans. Our sister was a bit bolder than us and is looking for a home on her own but Millie gets a bit of comfort from being with me so we'd like to be homed together please. It's taken a long time and we've been allowed to take our time but we have gone from being feral and not letting anyone near us to enjoying interacting and getting a cuddle. We'll still need time, I'm the most confident but Millie has come on well and with patient, loving owners, in a home of our own, we'll both grow in confidence and may even become lap cats in time.
