Rescue cat Poppet from Furrballs Rescue, in Camberley, needs homeHello there, I'm Poppet and as you can see I am dainty tortie girl. I'm about 8 months old and I have been neutered. The rescue people aren't too certain of my past but it has made me very shy and worried about people. I don't like people to come too close but I like to watch them from a safe distance away. As after all, you humans are very interesting! The rescue people think I'd be best on a farm or rural location with a place to sleep somewhere warm and regular food. The main thing is access to the outdoors and ability to be fairly independant. I may not be a lap cat but I want to settle down and feel secure. Imagine my little face peeking over a wall at you curiously while you go about your day!

Rescue cat Marmaduke from Furballs Cat Rescue, Camberley, Surrey, needs a homeHi there, my name’s Marmaduke and I’m a handsome, ginger tabby boy. I’m 18 months old and have been neutered. I’m a loving boy who’s looking for plenty of attention, I’ve also got a bit of a fascination for feet and socks, don’t ask me why….I just do! I’m looking for an indoor home but one perhaps with a secure garden or patio where I can sunbathe. I’m good with children and I’d be fine with other cats and although I’m fine with dogs, I do tend to tease them so I think I may be best with no dogs in my new home! I can only eat a type of food called Thrive and the fish flavour please. I can get inflammatory bowel disease flare ups if I eat other food but I’m fine on the Thrive. I’ve tested positive for FIV and to find out more about FIV: Visit Cat Chat’s FIV information page, or the FIV Owner's Club on our friendly forum. So, if you have some feet, socks and lots of attention in a wonderful home for me, I’ll be waiting here to hear from you - get in touch soon, please?

Rescue cat Cali from Here For Cats, Cobham, Surrey, needs a homeHello, my name is Cali. I’m a beautiful tortoiseshell and white lady of just three years old, and I’m in search of a loving home in which I’ll have plenty of human company. I’m super affectionate and will make a terrific furry companion; I could probably share a home with another laid back young cat, but I’m not keen on dogs. A peaceful home without young children will suit me best, and I’d like a cat flap so that I can explore the outdoors when I’m not spending time with my human friends. I have been spayed. Could you offer me a caring and affectionate forever home? Get in touch!

Rescue cat Violet from Here For Cats, Cobham, needs homeHello my dear, my name is Violet and I'm a sweet-natured gentle girl who just wants to be loved and to settle down. I was abandoned by my previous owner in the winter and left to freeze when it was snowy. I was so cold and confused, why anyone would do that when I am so loving? A kind neighbour contacted the rescue for help and now I am being fostered with kind people. I like my ears being scratched and I like to sit on the sofa watching telly. I am friendly but I don't like fast movements and I like a gentle head pat before being picked up. This is because I am a little deaf and blind. I am clean and have otherwise a full bill of health from the vets. So as you can see I am a very special girl, and as I am 12 years old I know people might think twice but I have a lot of love to give and I'm ready to trust again, even after being abandoned which the rescue people think is rather special.

Rescue cat Mitch from HappyCats Rescue, Bordon, Hampshire, Surrey, needs a homeGood day to you, my name is Mitch, I am a handsome long-ish haired love bug. I am around 18 months old, neutered and vaccinated. I can be a little shy when I first meet you, so I am hoping to find someone who will let me settle in and be patient with me; believe me, once I am settled I will become a confident cat who is happy to be fussed and stroked. Ihave previously lived happily with other cats and a dog too, I have also lived with children, in fact I could fit in just about anywhere. The only thing I do need is regular brushing to keep my lovely coat in tip top condition. I have only ever been an indoor cat, that could change as long as I had a safe and secure garden to explore. If you are looking for a lovely lad to share your home and heart with then make sure to get in touch.

Rescue cat Cooper from HappyCats Rescue, Bordon, Hampshire, Surrey, needs a homeHi, my name is Cooper as you can see I am so handsome. I am on the hunt for a new home, I am a confident lad, I can sometimes be a little boisterous but I am only 18 months old, a typical teenager I have energy to burn and love to play. I also like loves and fusses from humans and I give my love freely too, once I get to know you and will shower you with affection. I have lived with other cats and dogs before with no problems and I could live with older children too. I would like to find a home with a safe garden so I can explore and burn off my energy. I am neutered, vaccinated and chipped and am pretty much ready to move in, all you need to do is make that call and maybe you and I could be best friends for life.

Rescue cat Pixel, from RSPCA - Surrey, Woking & District, needs a homeHi there. My name is Pixel, and I am an eight year old male who has had quite a traumatic life so far, culminating in having to have my tail amputated after a recent injury. With all of my life experience, I have learnt to be a bit wary of loud noises, other animals and people - but I do come to trust and share my love with people that I have the time to get used to. I like to spend most of my time having a nap in my bed, dreaming of happier times - if I can find the right home I'll be able to think of even more positive things, like kib, chasing squirrels and being stroked! You'll find I have a very distinctive appearance (in addition to my lack of a tail!), courtesy of black markings over my white coat, and an incredibly cute little mouth! I would like a home with access to the outside, as it can be nervewracking not having an escape route! Most of all though, I would just love an owner with the patience to let me come out of my shell in a quiet and calm environment, or better yet someone with experience of similarly nervous felines in the past. Give me the chance and I promise you'll have a loving, affectionate cat once I get to know you. I've been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and am waiting to meet you.

Rescue Cats Basil & Bertie from Hounslow Animal Welfare Society, London needs a homeWe've been waiting over a year... Please pick us! Hi there, my name’s Basil and I’m here with my brother Bertie in the hope of catching someone special’s eye and finding ourselves a forever home. We’re both 18 months old, I’m black and white and Bertie’s tabby. We were strays until we were taken in by the Rescue. We were awfully lucky though that a nice couple fed us. Bertie is awful timid but he is improving slowly. He had a leg injury which ended up so bad that the vet people couldn’t save it and he had to have it removed but I don’t think he’s realised as he gets about fine and still plays with me just as much! Bertie depends on me, I’m more confident than he is and so we need to find a home where we can stay together. We’re looking for patient people who will give us time to get used to being in a family and given time we’ll reward you by being such a wonderful pair of cats. We’ve both been neutered and would love a secure garden to play chase in oh and if you’ve got some garden chairs that would be great, we’ve discovered how fab they are for having a snooze! Please give us a chance?

I'm desperately seeking a loving new home, and I was hoping you might be able to help me? I'm a gorgeous 2 year old girl. I have a beautiful black coat. I'm a sweet and gentle cat and can't wait to find my loving new family. I was previously living in a multi-cat household and found myself at the rescue when I became pregnant. I have since been neutered. My kittens have both been adopted so it's now time for me to find you! I should be fine to live with sensible older children but I would rather not live with dogs. I'd need access to the outdoors in my new home so I can potter about outside. I'm such a sweetie and really deserve a life of happiness!
