Trying to view Cats Needing Homes or Overlooked Cats but seeing this 404 error?
Please try clearing your browser's historical data for catchat.org:
Google Chrome

Navigate to catchat.org.

Click the tune/slider icon (or the padlock icon) directly to the left of the URL in the address bar.

Click Site settings from the dropdown menu.

At the very top of the new tab that opens, under the Usage section, click the Clear data button.

Confirm by clicking Clear.
Safari
-
Open Safari and click Safari in the top menu bar, then choose Settings (or Preferences on older macOS versions).

Select the Privacy tab at the top of the window.

Click the Manage Website Data... button.

In the search bar at the top right, type catchat.org.
-
Select the domain from the list and click Remove. Click Done when finished.
Firefox
The Quick "Forget" Method

Open your history sidebar/library (
Ctrl + Hon Windows,Cmd + Yon Mac). -
Search for catchat.org.

Right-click any entry for the site and select Forget About This Site. Note: This instantly deletes all cookies, cache, passwords, and history for that specific domain.
The Settings Method

Click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-right and choose Settings.

Click Privacy & Security on the left menu.

Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Manage Data...

Search for catchat.org, select it, click Remove Selected, and hit Save Changes.
Microsoft Edge

Navigate to catchat.org.

Click the padlock or site icon directly to the left of the URL in the address bar.

Click Permissions for this site.

At the top of the profile page that opens, click Clear data.

Confirm by clicking Clear.
